Testimonials:

My eyes were opened to a whole new world of acting. In just nine weeks, I looked at acting in a completely different light. No longer was it just "pretending." It became a craft. It became something hard, challenging; and that awakened the passion which has become a huge part of my life... The class delved even deeper into developing a strong, believable character. In that class I learned to love the world that imagination and hard work could create... I was able to take a workshop JP taught on the business side of being an actor. This helped me to become more aware of what I would face in California. JP’s helpfulness in every aspect of acting has been an invaluable tool to me."
Adam McAdoo

"The best class I've ever taken... Not only did we learn a lot every week but I went away from class being extremely encouraged...  don't remember a time when I didn't look forward to going to class.  JP made it an extremely good atmosphere and pretty much rocked all of our socks off!"

"You taught us that everybody is creative in his or her own way and that each unique way is okay. I think it had a good affect on me and changed me as a person. What I learned and will take with me the most is to 'take every moment as a new experience' and to appreciate each moment and take it for what it's worth."
Jolan

"This class accomplished something that no other class has yet to do. Being in this class has created a new side to my mind that has a different idea of life and people's feelings. You taught me how to listen to other judgments and integrate them with my own. You taught me how to think outside the box. You taught me basics of openness and understanding. I'm grateful to have experienced this class.”

Josh Greenburg

"Corinna has been the single most important influence in my development as an artist. I entered Corinna's class as a complete beginner to acting; a self- conscious, nervous, acting hopeful. With Corinna's guidance, I have undergone a complete transformation as a theater artist. From her I have learned how to approach text, how to play an organic character truthfully in a scene, and how to make strong character choices. I will take her frequently referenced mantra, "in your choice lies your talent," to every future rehearsal and performance. She is an incredible role model, and her teaching has helped me gain acceptance into NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. Corinna is a life changing teacher."
